The staff were helpful throughout our stay, and
The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. The mattress in our room was a bit firm for my liking. Despite this, the beautiful canal view made up for it, and we loved relaxing on the terrace.

A good breakfast overlooking the canal, unfortunately, was the high water season and could not have breakfast on the terrace. There are two smaller rooms for breakfast, one on the ground floor and one more spacious on the second floor. The furnishings are very authentic - the walls are upholstered with fabric, luxurious mirrors and the room had a four-poster bed. There are areas for beautiful photos in the installations ))). The hotel is conveniently accessible from the railway station by water (by river tram approximately 4-5 stops), further on foot not far. The hotel has a very convenient location - you can walk to the main attractions of Venice. The Fenice and San Marco Theatre is very close by!
Wi-fi is terrible, in the room on the second floor does not catch at all, to send messages or find places for dinner I had to go down to the reception.

Convenient private water taxi dock, historic ambiance with antique decor, option to enjoy drinks on the canal terrace
Cramped shower space could be frustrating for those who prefer a more spacious bathroom!!! Noise from street activity might disrupt your peace if you're not on a higher floor!!!

Had thoroughly enjoyable stay in this delightful hotel, the staff were very attentive, location was excellent on a canal. The rooms were new-fashioned and nicely decorated with every comfort, super comfy bed plus 2 full bathrooms, just what was needed. The breakfast available was plentiful with cheese, pastries plus good coffee. The service was very good, nothing too much trouble. I used complimentary water taxi transfer provided by the venue too. Location: the hotel was close to all the attractions Venice offers. The place was a couple of blocks away from Bistrot de Venise, where you can have dinner.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff
Staying here was a dream! The location was perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and overlooking the serene canal. The room was spacious and clean with a charming balcony where we enjoyed our coffee while watching the gondolas pass by. The staff were pretty good, offering personal assistance. The hotel could use some updating to match the beauty of its surroundings.

Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room was really nice with canal view
Unfortunately there was not a bar although there were some within a reasonable distance. Breakfast room was adequate as opposed to spacious although the facility was available to have breakfast in your room. Overall though a very nice Hotel

This hotel is the perfect base for exploring Venice! We loved the easy access to hidden gems and charming neighborhoods. Offering us a map with local shops and sights to enjoy. Delicious breakfast options every morning.
In my wife's opinion, having a family-friendly play area or kids' activities would be great.
